Keep your piece of mind by keeping your loved ones at home and out of the hospital. Our Honeywell HomeMed Monitors are easy to use and send daily results to our expert staff here at Family Home Medical. Your loved ones want to maintain their independence and our monitors help them do just that. Gone are the days of a nurse stopping by everyday to administer daily tests. Keep your loved ones comfortable with our Home Monitors.

In the privacy of their own home your loved one can use our monitors to check their blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen levels, body weight and blood sugar levels. All of the results are monitored by a Registered Nurse who will follow up with a phone call to the house if any abnormal results are shown. Family Home Medical’s staff will also contact the physician directly to discuss the results. If needed, a nurse can also visit the patient in their home to verify the results and status of your loved ones.

Rest assured that your loved ones are cared for and comfortable. You’ll be amazed at how quickly and easily we can get one of our HomeMed Monitors set up in your home today!

Please call us, 570.339.4049, to talk with our friendly staff about our Homemed Monitors!
